Meet Tim Ryan
Director + Principal Designer
With over twenty years of experience, Tim Ryan serves as The Lighthouse Group’s director and principal lighting designer at Lighthouse Design Studio. Specializing in outdoor lighting, Tim’s journey began by integrating lighting into landscape designs, leading him to focus exclusively on outdoor illumination.
Since joining Lighthouse in 2015, Tim has played a key role in shaping the company’s vision and fostering innovation. Outside of work, Tim enjoys photography and spending time with his family exploring Indiana woodland trails.

Lead Designer
Brandon Kuehler boasts a distinguished career spanning two decades in Architectural and Landscape lighting. Co-founding Light It Right in 2004, Brandon established it as a premier lighting design company.
Joining Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting and Audio in 2022, Brandon now supports TLG locations in their designs and growth. A passionate advocate for industry advancement, Brandon values mentorship and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys family activities and outdoor sports on his family’s ranch in the Texas Hill Country.
