Conceptual Design & Budgeting

Design Development
It’s time to put pen to paper. We can work from your plan or assemble one for you. Our plans are marked up for review and include a lighting fixture and controls packet outlining the project’s product specifications. You can transfer our data and mark-ups to your own plan sets or we can finalize them for you.
Our Design Development offerings include:
- Drafted layouts of spaces, objects, and luminaires
- Color Coded fixture symbols and schedules for easy viewing
- Specify lighting equipment and controls as budgets are finalized
- Product data | catalog sheet packet
- Site photometry and product photometric data (as required)
- Low voltage wiring diagrams, power distribution, and controls schematic

Construction
Documents
We are also able to finalize the full CD design sets for you and get your project bid-ready. You can choose to create your own documents using our markups or we can create plan sets for you. How you utilize our team is up to you.
Our Construction Documents include:
- Second look through plan details to validate accuracy.
- Finalized CAD drawings produced with your plan set title block (if required)
- Product Notes and Specification details on cut sheets
